British F3 Donington races September
Hoggard led from start to finish and held off a late charge from fellow front row starter Kiern Jewiss to take the chequered flag and his third win at Donington this year. Hoggard's teammate Manuel Maldonado completed the podium, with championship leader Clement Novalak fourth and minimising the damage to his championship lead.
Ulysse De Pauw threatened Novalak for the early stages of the race but ultimately finished just over a second behind, but was handed a penalty post-race for contact with Ayrton Simmons, promoting Sasakorn Chaimongkol to fifth.
Double R's Neil Verhagen claimed sixth from ninth on the grid ahead of Carlin's Kaylen Frederick. Title challenger Ayrton Simmons had a difficult race, falling from fourth to the tail of the field on the first lap after contact with De Pauw, but fought back as far as ninth, but gained a place post-race after De Pauw's penalty. Double R's Hampus Ericsson and Carlin's Lucas Petersson completed the top-10 in the race.

Chris Dittmann Racing's Nazim Azman claimed his second win of the year with victory in race two at Donington Park, as a dramatic race crowned Carlin's Clement Novalak as the 2019 champion.
Azman took the lead on the first lap, while further behind there was immense drama for the championship battle. Hoggard and Novalak, starting 15th and 12th respectively, came together mid way round the first lap at Schwantz curve. The pair left the track, bounced heavily over the grass and rejoined at the back of the field. Novalak rejoined ahead of Hoggard, who had to pit a few laps later and remained at the tail of the field, while Novalak moved up to 12th by the flag to take the championship.
